I hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from me, Iwill be happy to refund or exchange a product. Returns should be made within a r7 days and in original, undamaged packaging. The postage will not be refunded. The cost of return postage is entirely the responsibility of the customer.
If we find that the product has not been returned in fully resaleable condition, I will refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount.
Custom designs are not refunded or partially refunded. This is because every custom design is a personal requirement.
Please note: Refund or exchange will be provided after the product is delivered to us. A refund of the delivery charge will be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods but not when a product is simply unwanted.
* For reasons of hygiene pierced jewellery items can not be refunded or exchanged unless they are faulty.
